Pros
The employees have good benefits and the hours are flexible depending which department you work in. You will have a great opportunity to learn about simulators.
Cons
There are to many group leaders and managers who only know how to be bosses and not leaders. Some like to micromanage everything and also miss manage projects and expect the employees to pick up the slack to make up for their incompetence. The company put a lot of weight on employee reviews in which are general and do not allow to be individualized on your specific career goals but on company goals. As an employee, if you don't agree with what is being said about you, there is no mechanism to have it reviewed. I think as an employee, we should have an opportunity to review our management as well. They might be surprised by what employees have to say. There is a lot of turnaround as well as constant lay offs. If you plan to work there, learn what you can and keep your CV up to date. I keep seeing good people go.
