Pros
Working at CADY was the most fun I ever had at any job, in part because I was working in a field I loved but also because I had a phenomenal team. Coming to work was like hanging out with friends. There's also lot's of opportunities for growth, (I doubled my pay in 2 years), as long as you show dedication, competence, and are willing to learn. Lower management is amazing and wants to see you succeed.
Cons
However, at a corporate level some decisions can be confusing. When I left, we were no longer allotted hours for training days, so all training was done in the field. Extreme budget cuts were being implemented in the form of hours available to work. Note that this is a seasonal job, so if you are not a full time employee do not expect to have enough to live off of from January - June. During June - December, hours get crazy, you'll have 12 hour shifts that start at 4am. If you can't handle that, this job isn't for you. But if you can and you excel, you'll be provided with a fun workplace that will build you up.
