Pros

Abundant learning resources and opportunities to stay updated with new technologies. Access to free engineering software certifications. Potential for expanding professional networks if actively pursued.

Cons

Ineffective management, with leadership lacking the necessary qualifications. A toxic work environment, particularly within certain groups. Employee rights regarding allowances (transportation and accommodation) are overlooked. Lack of transparency in the bonus policy, with distribution left to an unreliable individual who allocates funds based on personal interests rather than merit. Employees who leave the company often receive only half of their entitled financial compensation. Salaries are unfair, with minimal medical and social insurance benefits. Decision-making is centralized and lacks professionalism. Significant financial resources are misallocated on non-essential matters instead of prioritizing employee rights.

Pros

Teams Used to be like family supporting each other’s. Courses and self development.

Cons

- toxic work environment - Central decision-making - The office manager became the VP with no skills except her skirt. - a sales agent female became a marketing manager with no managerial or marketing skills. - no transportation allowance for technical support visits (according to the ex- office manager’s policy) - technical tram leader have no right to speak up for his team or to promote any one for seniority. - No bonus for sales (will get it after one year or more if you’re smart enough and know how to build a friendship with the top management) - low salaries (if you’re not a good friend of the top management)
