Friends that I made are invaluable. Diversity in the office adds to the camaraderie within teams and makes the working environment a pleasant one to work in.
Cons
Mgt does not care about employee welfare and none of the work here is worth doing or meaningful. Pay is also below market rate. Mgt wld rather hire new employees than work at retaining seniors resulting in astronomical turnover rates. Within 1 year, most of the seniors have left once they had a job offer and mgt's solution is to mass hire fresh grads who dont know what they are getting themselves into. Training for fresh grads are inefficient and slow resulting in a buildup of backlog files and further exacerbating the vicious cycle. It also does not help that mgt decided to change the system of managing files, resulting in a buildup of backlog since last year when previous workload management was a lot smoother.
