-Some opportunities for training and development -Relaxed environment, depending on the team -It's a good place for unambitious people or graduates that want a start on the career ladder.
Cons
-The company is undergoing a brain drain, lots of folks leaving for other places -Abysmal pay, with ridiculous pay increases. -Toxic company culture. It can feel very cliquey, and the directors fully support this. It's also very performative - office politics is strong here. I can't emphasise enough how uninspiring the culture is. - Sales led consultancy. You'll need to deal with the stress of project, clients, and dealing with your own sales team on top.
