Pros
They really listen to their employees and provide so many opportunities to learn and grow beyond your role whenever you have the desire and motivation to do so. The work can be hard and the hours sometimes long, but the fringe benefits of being a CA employee make their competitive salary actually worth much more than the $ amount your hear.
Cons
Freedom and empowerment can be a double edged sword and sometimes they can be slow to act on addressing poor performers. They could do better making cuts based on merit alone rather than other factors.
