Cons
Middle management is lacking and provides nothing more than "yes" services to ownership. The company makes the same mistakes over and over again without adjustments. They use a personality index for hiring and they know EXACTLY who they are hiring, but when you are yourself and provide constructive feedback on broken processes and procedures, they label you as "aggressive" and "unhappy" when all you are doing is attempting to make the company better.
