Pros

Good technology, some employees offered remote work

Cons

Worst leadership team ever. Lab led by a scientist who never operated a lab, Clinical Trial business led by a mumbler with no business sense. Finance has zero influence, many decisions made without his knowledge. Medical spins yarn in a silo. Commercial leadership is appalling, first guy was a bully, new guy is a sycophant. HR, total joke. Legal makes most decisions. CEO is feckless, focuses more on personal prestige than on viability of the business. Incredible that the company made it this far. This fish rots from the head.

annual $1250 placed in HSA account

Cons

Middle and upper management are inept Management pretends to care CEO and management set highly unrealistic goals that are consistently missed CEO and management seem to only care about conferences Lab Management performs and forces unethical scientific practices HR department is highly lacking and evidence has shown explicit bias against neurodivergent personnel and veterans Healthcare benefits are laughable and don't cover female preventative medicine. Broken promises and disregard for honesty and ethics Management blames subordinates for their own failures HR and Management proven callous and uncaring when dealing with personal/medical issues HR enacted random policies to prevent raises for certain personnel Management frequently leaves the building soon after arriving to work to go for a "walk" Management placed a suggestion box by the lab personnel. Lab personnel feared retaliation even with anonymity. Management has been proven try to silence unethical scientific practices for the sake of validation Management does not know what the term "healthy boundary" means and ostracized personnel that would not bend to their will.
