1. Owner are not skillful people, they do not even understand difference between short circuit and burnt cable in LAN setup...forget about the technology and software projects, They rely on non technical managers and non skillful HRs to run company. 2, Managers are non technical, expert game players, non project and non client centrist, insecure, jealous, egoistic, not capable to manage client and team. 3. HR are big lairs and non ethical game players who demotivate employees. 4. No work life balance, manager takes credit of work done by team members and they get good salary hike but people who actually work hard to make project success are treated like slaves with less hike like Rs.500 to Rs. 1000, 5. LAN, Internet, Database Server, SVN server, AC, electricity and drinking water is sometimes available 6. Secret meeting are conducted on frequent basis by owners for better game plan rather than actually planning for project execution or process improvement. 7. Company may anytime torture you mentally anytime once your work is completed so that you will resign soon. 8. on name of improvement feedback they ask you about your opinions and then they will misuse against you to torture you rather than improving by them self. 9. owners and managers are big game players for client and employees 10. No Diwali, performance bonus 11, No leaves policies. They ask to come at office on leave day too. 12. No work from home policies, no comp offs, no awards 13. Projects are based on older technologies 14. all websites are blocked except google 15. Managers are so psycho types...they follow employees in washrooms to spy them 16. Sitting at home for 9 hours to learn new technologies is productive than working in C2LBiz 17. Please do not even imagine to attend their interviews...waste of time 18. The moment employees update their cvs on naukri.com like sites, HR takes meeting to ask why we are searching other job. 19. Employees are not allowed to receive any calls 20. No breaks are allowed

Onsite opportunity are good for experience people

Cons

C2L has very bad people. There hire people who are kicked out from Mastek. C2L has a bunch of moron managers who doesnt know how to manage a thing and puts blame on the developers
