Good opportunity to learn the way to work as a team. Can work like 4 hours and you can clock 12 hours if everything is done

Safety takes a back seat to production. No real communication from anyone that is a decision maker, so we don't ever know if we were going to work all year or get laid off. Management style is too relaxed and inconsistent. Feels like we got lied too a lot.
