Cons
Absurdly immature leadership who think they are the tops in the research industry. The writing has been on the wall for some time that mid-size research firms aren't going to survive, especially one as dysfunctional as C+R. Nothing constructive or creative in the way they do things or the way they hope to change. Promise clients the moon which results in the low level folks stuck working 70 hour weeks while the higher ups do whatever it is they do to avoid working at all.
