No SOP, lack of training. they expect new joiners to be hands-on without a single mistake. Come on, who will know it's a mistake before it happens? If you don't want mistakes to happen please guide them, but do not keep asking them any questions/problems. WTH will know what the problem or questions need to ask while he/she doesn't know anything. Unprofessional HR will assume what she thought without any investigation. The termination notice stated a few childish reasons which is totally not true at all. I'm too proud to ask. or no one willing to respond to my questions several times? and after the senior guide mistake still happened. So, become I arrogant to ask? Please check properly Miss HR Peggy. I'm focusing on work while others using their phone or are busy with their personal things and this is the payback to me. Please continue your habit and maintain the working culture and try to expand.
