      Pros

      Housing is cheap and provided. Pay is pretty decent when you consider that. the team is really good and for hospitality its a relaly cool environment.

      Cons

      pay can always be better.Granby is pretty remote and not much to do if your single.

      Some managers are not open to suggestions for efficiency and improvement. (Not the sommelier or the bar managers)
