For the most part, all the people are quite nice. The health benefits are better than most traditional American oems
Cons
Where to start. Poorly run from the top down. There is absolutely no communication between groups. No alignment of timelines or milestones. Leadership at all levels takes no accountability. And will stab each other in the back to avoid taking any type of accountability. The product is absolute garbage. Simply the most disorganized company I have ever worked for.
