Great experience - Wordpress Developer Bytesplex Employee Review

I have had a great time learning under the supervisors in Bytesplex. This was my first Internship. The supervisors were very calm and supportive, they provided their help whenever asked for. They had us meetings arranged and explained the work and also helped us solve our issues. Also, there was a great deal of support from the Intern manager, they never tried to pressurize us over not meeting deadlines and reached to us whenever we faced any problem. Overall, It was a great experience working here and learning quite interesting things in my field of interest.

No Cons to mention here.

A very cooperative and friendly work environment. There is a regular and efficient tracking of work progress. If I am facing any issues or blocks in proceeding further, the mentors come forward to provide a solution. You can talk to your mentor about stuff even outside work and how you can learn new technologies. They will truly help you without any hidden motives.

As for interns, the stipend does seem a bit low considering that at times more than 6 hours a day is dedicated towards work.
