We are supported by not only peers but management as well. No question is a silly question, and you will not feel like it is. Our leaders are constantly trying to boost us up and do not want to see us fail.
Cons
With our team being a work from home team, I do sometimes miss working side by side with my coworkers. Luckily, we are able to maintain friendships and camaraderie through group chats and teams meetings.
