Working at Bytagig has been an incredibly positive and rewarding experience. The leadership team is supportive, transparent, and genuinely invested in employee growth, training and success. I appreciate the collaborative culture, where everyone is encouraged to share ideas and take initiative. The work-life balance is excellent, and I always feel valued for the contributions I make. Overall, Bytagig is a company that truly cares about its people and provides an environment where you can thrive both personally and professionally.

The only con is I do not get to meet some team members in person because of location. There really are not cons to working here.

If your the type to not want to solve any problems, and call tech support instead of be it. This is the job for you. You will feel like your surrounded by excellence every step of your career path. Extra long bathroom breaks and a company credit card that if it works is like winning the lottery. The odds are about the same.

Dose not pay on time, you will spend more time in useless meetings than actually getting work done, if you can't use chatGPT to solve all your problems you will have no clue how to reset a password, if you talk tech language you will be looked at with a blank face and complete confusion.
