      Pros

      -nice people -diverse client list -massive workload (if you're looking to gain experience) -if you're just out of school or starting your career in marketing this pace would potentially be a good fit. if you have any experience at an agency I would read the cons and suggest looking elsewhere

      Cons

      -poor leadership (can't overstate how poorly this place is run) -insane workload -no raises -no upward mobility -they don't care about their clients and even less about their own people -they'll preach about the core values and yet don't embody any of them -they'll ask for your feedback and NEVER act on it

      Pros

      Byers Creative provided me with valuable exposure to many facets of the creative and account management process. When I first joined, the company was larger and offered a robust environment with a strong client base. Over time, I experienced significant changes and team turnover, which ultimately gave me the opportunity to take on more responsibility and broaden my skill set. The company was very flexible with scheduling and recognized performance through fair compensation during reviews. The team is creative, hardworking, and supportive, and the variety of projects keeps the work engaging.

      Cons

      The company went through a period of transition that led to some disorganization. Accounting and operational processes occasionally fell back on the team, which added extra workload. Leadership communication could have been stronger at times, and professional development tends to be self-driven rather than structured.
