Pros

- Free breakfast - Company events - Some talented colleagues who genuinely try their best under difficult conditions

Cons

- Incompetent upper management: There’s no clear strategy or vision. Priorities change weekly — you’re told to build something "important and game-changing" only to see it scrapped days later with no explanation. - Zero project stability: Projects are constantly started, abandoned, restarted, and re-abandoned, creating a frustrating and demoralizing cycle. - Mass layoffs blamed on future AI solutions — but no AI capability exists at the company; they're still at phase 0. - Outsourced support to India due to cost-cutting, affecting both internal collaboration and customer satisfaction. - Poor product management: They’ve acquired several tools and systems, but leadership has no clue how to integrate or manage them effectively.

Pros

There are absolutely no pros.

Cons

This company bought a company I work with. Since then, its creators have been quitting and getting discouraged. The management team I used to work with is now completely dissolved, and this company is tanking ours with outsourcing and overall terrible customer service. I’m absolutely livid.

Pros

Used to be great but there's nothing left from the glory of the past.

Cons

The company is dead since they started layoffs in 2025. Every department had to let go employees and entire departments have been outsourced to India or other Asian countries. They removed all perks they granted so there is no Home Office, no Gym, not even free Water or Coffee in the office. Oh - and the new office they have is a joke, couple of times a week without internet and poor facilities. No one who's still there is motivated at all. Since the layoffs the management stopped any communication except for information on removed perks, so no one knows which direction the company is driving. The Board of Directors should be called Board of Puppets as no one in there has any power to decide anything.
