Pros

Everyone is incredibly friendly. Team work and communication are top tier. The work is meaningful so everyone is really excited about it. Lots of fun activities and bonding opportunities. Amazing benefits.

Cons

In-office required. You will be working overtime, that’s a guarantee. If you’re not working a LOT overtime and attending all of the company events, you will most likely not get a promotion.

Pros

Flexible remote work policy (and fun SoHo office), great benefits, equitable salary. Interview process was smooth, if prolonged, with easy communication and clear expectations from all parties. Onboarding is easy, with great documentation and support from managers and teammates. Company is rapidly growing with people from a variety of backgrounds, which means there's a lot of startup energy and new ideas, but can feel a little hectic as structure and processes build and change alongside the business. In-office culture is casual and friendly, with lots of engagement activities from happy hours to team lunches. Founders are heavily involved in all aspects of the company and trust their employees to push the company forward without micromanaging.

Cons

Large company spread out across the country so can be harder to connect with remote colleagues or truly know the ins and outs of the whole business depending on your role/department. Executive and senior leadership are working towards better planning and goal setting so teams can perform better work, not there yet but improving.

Pros

Company paid Health Insurance, plenty of time off.

Cons

Some things just dont make sense. A bit disorganized. A supervisor would be helpful for our dept. More reactive than proactive.
