      Pros

      An agency with a strong spirit where everyone is able to take responsabilities. Great concepts, great team spirit and leaders that inspire you and teach you a lot. Also a great flexibility in the way you work, you have to go straight to the point.

      Cons

      The problem at Buzzman is mainly that if you want to stay long and perform, it has to become your entire life (no more personnal life).

      - Highly Creative / Talented / Fun people to work with. - Huge Challenges / Projects to work on. - Great Team spirit (Pretty much your family, it has to be as your work becomes pretty much your social life) - One of the top creative digital agency in France.

      Cons

      - Very low salaries for people who start their as an intern.
