Friendly staff, good mission, easy task

sometimes communication can be off

The girls that work in the clinic are amazing coworkers.

The high turnover rate is a direct reflection of the terrible management. The clinic is managed by people who don't even work inside of the clinic and who refuse to listen to feedback from clinic staff. They are quick to fire good employees that attempt to give negative feedback and still aren't willing to listen to their employees despite losing almost the entire clinic staff in the last 6 months. The clinic staff is undertrained, and despite our pleas for training (from our doctor who WANTED to train us) management refuses to give us the time needed. I would not feel comfortable getting my animal cared for at the clinic now that I don't work there.
