Good pay for just an AA and a rewarding job at times.

Administration never wanted to hear any complaints, most of the higher up staff was not qualified to be working with those struggling with mental health, they would often bring up God to both the clients that we served as well as in staff meetings. Most supervisors and higher up staff were incredibly condescending and disrespectful to new hires learning the process and asking questions. This was one of the most degrading job experiences.
