Needed more WFH on medical grounds. Group Director said to ask Office Director, unfortunately this couldn't be granted. Was offered orthopedic equipment but this wouldn't have happened. Had to leave. Condition has actually progressed so I can only WFH now.

Not a huge amount of depth for inexperienced people to grow or much leeway when markets aren't performing well.
