The pay was great had great co workers.

The hours, and the ability to progress.

There are none unless being fed once in a while does it for you.

They will let the dealership managers abuse you and call you horrible names and just treat you like absolute garbage because they are the ones who make the money. If you file a complaint they find a way to terminate you.
