Pros
Easy to get a job with them they hire anyone, just have to pass a drug test. Other than that nothing good about it.
Cons
Poor upper management skills, no real training, never heard a thank you for anything I did right, just got screamed at (literally) constantly. They treat employees like crap and have no sense of safety. All they care about is the money that they make and not if employees are happy. No incentive or motivation to do a better job and they just want you to say yes, they don't want to hear creative ideas about anything.
