Some people on the team are really good at their jobs, but these people are mostly not part of the management team.
Cons
There are countless examples. Managers are experts in micromanagement and want to know every step you take. They do not conduct performance evaluations fairly. If you do not have a good relationship with your team leader, you have no chance of getting promoted.
