- Nice people, and the office is amazing (including free snacks and 2 meals a week via delivery). - You are never requested to work overtime. - The salaries are pretty good and you get annual raises. - The way of working is avant-garde.
Cons
- Hybrid model: you'll be penalized financially if you need to switch to remote. - The management is becoming increasingly authoritarian. - It used to have an amazing culture, but it's becoming a more competitive company that puts more pressure on its employees. This could end with people having to work overtime. - Lack of innovation. Instead, they copy the competitors all the time. While this is unnoticeable at the beginning, get to desperate you with time.
