Pros
This is the epitome of a digital media company that is doing most things right. They have streamlined so many processes and gained a really strong reputation because of that. They've gone out of their way to be one of the most efficient media companies in the current landscape. Clients are really cool and the activations are the gold standard for branded content. Most of the people I worked with regularly are super kind and do the best work.
Cons
Team leadership went out of their way to intentionally put people down and make them feel like they weren't good at their job. It was very much a "Mean Girl" culture with a bunch of fake niceness and if you're not in the "clique", you were deprioritized and not considered as favorably. It honestly feels like high school at times. Favoritism is rampant, ignoring accomplishments while being constantly called out for small errors - certain peoplewere called out more than other teammates as they confirmed they didn't get these criticisms. They also never took feelings into consideration; it was all talk. The leadership likes to share their "kudos" for people on a weekly basis, but only the people in the clique and new hires ever got praise while others are constantly ignored. Leaders would praise people on other teams instead of their own. Also, if you aren't their cattle, you are attacking their process. If you have a criticism, stay quiet, or they will sour your reputation to others behind your back. Don't take anything positive seriously from them because they will backstab you in a heartbeat.
