They bring in new people with no experience to do the jobs you work your butt off for. They promote based on caliper tests or who you know. Promotions equal no increase in pay. Don't expect to receive any raises at all. Always negotiate your salary because they will work the crap out of you! 10 hour days with a 30 min lunch and weekends.
