Pros
In my current life stage, the most important things to me are a great, caring company culture and ability to work 100% virtually. I’m so grateful to this company for the work/life balance and supportive team. It makes work a joy and inspires me to want to give my all.
Cons
Workload is extremely demanding during open enrollment season — about 4-5 months in the fall of intense deadlines and late nights. (But those late nights are from home and can generally be balanced with family commitments.)
