Pros
They provide nuts, chips, coffee and pop. They cater in lunch once a week and breakfast. They have healthy snack options at no cost.
Cons
Their core values are not seen by senior leadership. The amount of gossip and speculation that goes on without ever going to the source is ridiculous. Minimal written policies and focus is on sales and nothing else. Training is lousy, no work/life balance and no performance reviews, lack of communication, wing it with change constantly based upon google. No trust in their middle management.
