Pros

Great sense of community amongst peers. Quarterly incentives and then an annual incentive in most client services positions if company does well. Fun games and engagement opportunities during peak AE seasons.

Cons

Executive Leadership is greatly detached from the day to day stressors of their employees. While not outright stated; the work hard play hard - burnout method - is very largely pushed. Turnover is high for the CSL position with little to no urgency to backfill positions leaving client books to be farmed out to already heavy worked CSLs.

Work environment is supportive and encourages knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Cons

Work volume and capacity is a concern especially during open enrollment when due dates are at risk. Tasks are often escalated due to late requirements or change in project scope, leaving less time for proper QA and testing. Salary compensation does not match up with increase in cost of living and health care premiums.
