      Pros

      Progressive Solution Oriented Continuous Improvement Feels like a place I want to be every day. Hard days are hard for the right reasons-challenging work, solutions that have to be found. Love the teamwork and ownership we have.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but you have to love pushing through change, challenge and finding a way to get results. It is not for everyone, but I love it.

      Amicable atmosphere with encouraging coworkers

      Cons

      This is the president of the company’s pet project. He didn’t devote the time to developing the company and thus resulted in it’s failure. There is a lack of communication, trust, and respect from the president to leadership.
