Most of what they say is true about the job. The work is steady. The pay is decent for training wages. There is overtime, but it declines in the winter.

It's very hard to get hired full time at EMC, even with lots of unclaimed overtime. EMC is mostly contract employees at this location, but that could change over the next year. The bar to full time employment seems high.
