Amazing culture, everyone is super friendly and willing to help. Interesting projects and "big" clients. Nice vibe in the office and relaxed culture. While work / meetings (also due to clients) are focused around 9-5, there is flexibility around working hours. Like everywhere in consulting there are more and less busy periods but in general work life balance is respected.

Salary could be higher, additional benefits such as eg. sport membership or private health care could be offered. Not massive con but perhaps path to promotion is slightly unclear.
