I think the company is making a legitimate effort to create a better work atmosphere for its employees. Great people, great experience and overall positive atmosphere

At times management can be tough but as long as you work hard they reward you for it. Vacation days could be a little better as well

In all honesty, there is not one pro about this place at all. When I say it was HELL, I mean it.

You are treated as if you are completely worthless, doesn't matter what your position is, how hard you work, how long you've been there, or how eager you are to do a good job. The top management is related to the CEO, so you have NO ONE to complain to, so you are forced to take it until Jesus shines a light on you and you find another opportunity. You can't take time off, forget about it. I once called in that I was running 15 minutes late because I was currently driving in the worst snow storm known to man, and I was chastised for it.
