Unlimited opportunity. A ton of companies put a carrot out that is never obtainable, If you do your part and can take constructive feedback and apply it, there is no ceiling. Lots of ways to work with their clients for driving growth, trade shows/events, calls, emails, marketing campaigns, etc..

Feedback can be direct and honest. There is no hand holding.

You will rarely get commission or bonuses... if you do, half of it goes toward the company. I'd only recommend working here if you are desperate for a job. Most people start looking for a new job after working there for 2 months.. If you are a minute late to work you will get an occurrence. You rate each other on a scorecard every week. Most people are scared of management because they are threatening you, your job, and your PTO. This is not a flexible place to work
