      Pros

      Nice people overall. Community involvement opportunities.

      Cons

      Sink or swim. Work overload and they aren't willing to genuinely help you. Seemed like a great place during the hiring/interview process but things were different once in the door.

      Decent pay, benefits and great coworkers. Although, majority of the legacy and some newer employees left.

      Cons

      Senior management in Champaign, IL didn't understand the Chicagoland market.
