Excellent work-life balance - Executive Support Burton Recruitment Employee Review

Whilst working as a recruitment partner was short (my circumstances changed) I thoroughly enjoyed working with Gina and the team.

None it was a pleasure to be part of the experience.

There are lots of reasons for considering this company, If you want to run your own recruitment business but have support and a team around you then you will fit in great. This is the perfect company for senior consultants that want to work hard and earn from 80-200k a year working the hours of your choice. Lately, the company have re-structured giving the consultants more support, investment has been made in training, marketing, sales IO systems and administration support. If you are a high biller then this company is for you, if you are a regular consultant then you will not fit in. One thing I like in particular is that the team of consultants all get on well with each other and the MD will coach and train you and get the best out of you. If you want a company to invest in you then this is a great choice. Great company to work for and the MD also does the role of a recruiter as well as runs the business so she understands where everyone is coming from.

You cannot join this company without having clients or a healthy sector to bill from. Whilst you will get support for a bad couple of months you need to be billing at a high level consistently, regular recruiters will not cut it.
