For me, this is truly a culture first company. In my former work experiences, I haven't seen such a strong culture before. The continuous improvements are quite attractive to me. You can feel that day in day out; they are working on making this the best company out there for clients and employees. For me, the type of work and clients is excellent, a lot of international clients and big projects.

Due to the growth and the agile mindset, they change processes quite quickly. Sometimes in the high pace, they forget to make sure everybody is informed and fully understands the updated procedures. From time to time, the clients budget limits your ambitions. Which could be frustrating if you want to create the best possible solutions

- Annual City trips and social events (10eu monthly deducted from your salary to do this). - Great Office Location. - Nice colleagues (most). - Lunch is sandwiches, but quality products.

- If you're switching from Product to Agency, make sure you make the right choice. - Probably some language communication issues if you're an expat, since most of the employees are dutch. - Fill in your hours (which can be a pain). - Flexible hours aren't that flexible due to stand-ups. So it really depends on your team. - Low salary compared to the current market. - Projects can be a bit monotonous. - If you use your own laptop, you get 30 eu extra per month in your account. If you use a company's laptop you don't. First time I see this.
