Company offers a summer schedule year long. That means half say on Fridays, and work 9 hours Minday to Thursday.

Processes, procedures, management are all outdated.
Management do not value human resource especially for younger generation. It provides no training or career development for young people. So there is an extremely high turn over rate for young smart people.
Promotions are not merit based contrary to what it claims. Higher level people only cares about themselves.
Management has no vision for the company. Company is going nowhere but downhill.
There is a lot of politics that most of the time have a negative impact to the company.
There are quite a few people that are quite bitter and this makes the working environment very unpleasant.
The company just became a part of Power Engineers, the results of this merger has yet to be seen.
