Pros
Very kind co-workers and management. I truly love pretty much everyone I work with INCLUDING management and they all feel the exact same positives and negatives as my review.
You enter a bottomless pit of hours. If you need money, this is the absolute best place to work. So many opportunities to work hours, for those who have no life or genuinely need it.
Expect no less than 20 hours but generally you will get no less than 30 hours.
Cons
You will feel overworked in comparison to your compensation.
You will have to wait multiple months and learn multiple positions AFTER passing an examination to receive a 0.25 raise.
You will potentially be expected to run multiple stations alone.
Not only that, the scheduling is absolutely horrendous and you will no longer have a life outside of work because of it. And even when you're not scheduled, they will try to get you to come in.
You will get burned atleast once if you're in the kitchen.
You will not receive a break. Ever. Do not expect to get one. You will need one.
