      You are the store manager, you control everything.

      Cons

      Burger King puts too much pressure on you to pay you so little. As a GM they require you to do too much and you have absolutely no with abs life balance it’s all about work. They make you work a mandatory 50 hours but only get paid 40 hours.

      Pros

      Flexibility, hours of operation, type of work to perform, relaxed environment and standards easier to meet than other fast food establishments.

      Cons

      Staffing was always difficult due to low allowed pay range, performing a lot of maintenance work yourself instead of hiring companies or your own maintenance worker and being cheap with equipment.
