      The pay scale is good conpared to other fast food restaurants. The health insurance, dental insurance and lifeinsurance are very good.

      Cons

      The hours required for the job gives you little to know family life.

      Pros

      Flexibility, hours of operation, type of work to perform, relaxed environment and standards easier to meet than other fast food establishments.

      Cons

      Staffing was always difficult due to low allowed pay range, performing a lot of maintenance work yourself instead of hiring companies or your own maintenance worker and being cheap with equipment.
