The employees are a fantastic group of people from a wide array of backgrounds.
Cons
The upper management make promises with no intention of fulfilling. The owners boss is her mother, and they run it like there own personal little kingdom. If they offer you a promotion, get it in writing or they will yank it from under you as fast as they promised it too you.
