      -For HS students, a source of good spending money / "steady" paycheck -Relatively flexible hours -Relative independence for any or all work styles -Good first job

      -Earning minimum wage -Comparatively few hours to other work options -Understaffing and high turnover can lead to harried shifts

      Pros

      Flexibility, hours of operation, type of work to perform, relaxed environment and standards easier to meet than other fast food establishments.

      Cons

      Staffing was always difficult due to low allowed pay range, performing a lot of maintenance work yourself instead of hiring companies or your own maintenance worker and being cheap with equipment.
