Pros
Great people, rapid advancement, career path - crew member to crew leader to shift leader to assistant manager to manager to district manager and so on . It really is a place you can build something for yourself. Just think, starting as a crew member as I did, lowest on the totem pole and in 2 years I was driving around the district in slacks and a button up with a company paid vehicle, phone and laptop working as district manager. If you dedicate yourself to doing good at Burger King you can make a career out of a great opportunity with an even greater company. Management is great, pay is 'your way' ...that's what I call it. How you do it, your job, how you work, what you put into your work, how you build a team, all thses things create 'your way' and your way will definitely if your okay with this company is ok, good, bad, exceptional, etc .. Overall I definitely recommend working for Burger King....now let's go get it, look forward to pressing your black slacks each day before your shift, keeping a clean crisp bend on the bill of your work cap and shining those black shoes everyday.... Go Burger King, build up, from wherever you are ...
Cons
None... You find the cons, you work to replace or improve.... I found some cons here and there, but I eliminated them quickly.... Great Company....
