After looking back, none Discounts - Were you ever going to spend 100s of pounds on a Burberry coat? No? Then the discount is worthless. - Also only goes up to any decent discount value (30/40%) when you're an exec or director. Because of course, the more money you earn, the larger your discount should be.... Great people stuck under awful management and a toxic culture
Cons
Every aspect is a con - Your team is under-appreciated and the execs are over paid. There is no leadership of any value and the level of cronyism is ridiculous. You will not make a career here if you have independent thought of any kind. The salary is laughable - They will supress any discussion of salary and threaten you with dismissal for discussing your salary with others.
