Pros

- The office is in a prime location that is easily accessible, and the office is lovely (except the indecisive elevators and semi-permanent clogged sink). - Many of the people who I have worked with are amazing and put in a great amount of effort. - Free fruit and sample sales are nice perks - A number of training opportunities if you are willing to look

Cons

- Very low salaries that do not meet the industry average. - High expectations, you are expected to work beyond your remit and there is little reward or recognition for doing so - Some departments have a massive staff turn over, due to the reasons above, - Call centre-esque style of management, staff are judged based on how many calls they miss, the number of cases resolved or re-opened etc, senior leadership doesnt care about the why, all they care about is a percentage in red, this is then something senior management and team leaders are then under pressure to "fix", often causing strife in the teams they lead. - A problem that plagues Burberry is the lack of formal training and as a result many employees follow the incorrect process, causing many hours wasted by other departments to fix the problem (but hey, if they are dissatisfied with your ticket resolution explaining what they did, it is your fault!!) - Blame and shame culture is rife.
